Processing time
Processing time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the quantity, and you will receive your courier tracking number once the item has been processed. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may be put on hold. After the checkout process is complete, the processing time begins and the order will not allow refunds and cancellations.
Postage instructions

Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout and assessed in real time.
Free shipping On all orders over $100. You can access the shipping options available in your country during checkout, the actual rate depends on the destination country. We currently support shipping in most parts of the US.

International delivery time
Delivery time depends on destination and shipping method, your order may take 5 to 15 business days to be delivered, excluding the 3-7 business day processing time for ready-to-ship orders.
