Processing time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the quantity, and you will receive your courier tracking number once the item has been processed.
Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may be put on hold. After the checkout process is complete, the processing time begins and the order will not allow refunds and cancellations.
Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout and assessed in real time.
You can access the shipping options available in your country during checkout, the actual rate depends on the destination country. We currently support shipping in most parts of the US.
Customs & Import Fees
As all orders are currently shipped from the US warehouse, we are unable to account for any additional customs/import fees upon delivery. You may need to pay additional import fees. If you are not sure whether you will be subject to customs fees, we’d recommend contacting your local customs for more information before placing an order.
When your order ships, a shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to through email@example.com so that you can track your package easily by UPS or Fedex.
If you input the incorrect address information at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. we are not liable to refund/replace this order.
International delivery time
Delivery time depends on destination and shipping method, your order may take 5 to 15 business days to be delivered, excluding the 3-7 business day processing time for ready-to-ship orders.
