By sending waste to nature we need garbage trucks for transportation and landfill to deal with waste. During landfill, methane will be produced due to lack of oxygen. In this case, using electricity to turn waste into fertilizer at home is more environmentally-friendly.

The Electricity consumption is estimated to be between 0.1-0.5 kWh/Cycle. This is similar to using a coffee machine at home.

NA2 works almost noiseless. In the drying and shredding mode after the input of organic waste, the volume is about 45db, just like in the library.

Avoid processing foods that are high in sugar or starch, such as rice, noodles, bananas, corn, and potatoes alone. Try to mix them with other food scraps. Also, drain the water and oil from food waste before processing. If there is a lot of oil, it cannot be dried.

It depends on the frequency of use, but we recommend that you replace it about once every 6 to 8 months. We also offer a return with a good-value replacement filter, so you can use it for about 2 years. Please consider returning with a replacement filter. Also, please be assured that we will continue to sell it on the EC site even after the end of this project.

If you purchase your product directly from https://www.nagualep.com and not through the Indiegogo campaign, we do accept returns. You have up to 30 days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return and with receipt or proof of purchase

To be eligible for returns,

• Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
• We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items .
• Items from different orders can be returned within the same package.
• Please DON'T return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase as stated on your proof-of-purchase, and the warranty period is 2 year. Except consumable products.
