How do I return my items?

If you purchase your product directly from https://www.nagualep.com and not through the Indiegogo campaign, we do accept returns. You have up to 30 days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return and with receipt or proof of purchase

To be eligible for returns,

  • Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items .

  • Items from different orders can be returned within the same package.

  • Please DON'T return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN

  • Step 1 Email to service@nagualep.com to require a return (including the reason for the return)
  • Step 2 Waiting for the return confirmation with the return address from us.
  • Step 3 Send the products back to our warehouse.

Refunds will be applied to the form of original payment method used to make the order.

You will receive your refund within 5-10 working days after we have received your item.

Please note: Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.

Received a faulty item?

We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty items. We will be able to facilitate a free return for you if this is needed regardless of your location. So that we are able to assist you in the best way possible.

  • Products must be in the same condition (without accessories lost) in which you received them.

 

The following products can not be returned for four reasons.

  • The appearance of the product is damaged

  • The function of the product is damaged

  • The accessories are lost

  • Received product more than 30 days
